Nosso projeto vem ao longo do tempo sofrendo algumas retaliações, primeiro foi a luta pra manter na escola os equipamentos para realização das oficinas, agora até a direção da escola está colocando impecílios para a realização das oficinas, burocratizando as ações com exigências exasperadas, estamos desde janeiro deste ano querendo iniciar o projeto, mas a diretoria da escola vem dificultando a ocupação dos espaços, haviámos marcado para o início o dia 08 de março, convocamos projetos de vários bairros, e convidamos para fazer um work shop um famoso MC brasileiro, mas a diretora apesar de ter conhecimento sobre a realização das oficinas não autorizou ninguém na escola a receber o Termo de Compromisso para a realização das oficinas na última sexta-feira, monopolizou e centralizou as decisões em torno dela, só que a mesma retirou-se da escola não retornando, ficando incomunicável, resultado mais de oitenta adolescentes entre 12 e 18 anos tiveram que permanecer na rua fora da escola, num sol de aproximadamente 30° graus, um enorme descaso com a comunidade local e nossos convidados, esperamos resolver esta situação, para que no próximo sábado possamos desenvolver as atividades normalmente na escola...

No ultimo sabado,o os alunos do Projeto Jovens Cidadãos Convictos apresentaram-se na festa de inauguração do CEU JAÇANÃ em São Paulo,os Bboys Junior, Alex,Tom,Igor, Vanderson,Tiago(Grilo),Irving mandaram ver e agitaram a galera presente no auditório.
Mas as nossas meninas também não deixaram por menos, nossas Bgirl, com a coreografia do professor e Bboy Junior levantaram as pessoas da cadeira, Debora,Daniela,Ingrid,Barbára,Naiza,Amanda e Geovana,juntamente com os Breaking boys Danilo e Aron que já conquistaram o 2º lugar no Festival de Hip Hop da Igreja Universal dançaram muito bem alegrando a todos ali presentes, foi um show barbáro.

Somos um Projeto Social que envolve a Cultura Hip Hop e Cidadania para jovens, proprocionando atividades culturais e desportivas, trabalhando os quatro elementos do hip hop, o Breaking, o Graffit, o MC e o DJ, e ainda o quinto elemento Cidadania, o projeto HIP HOP Cultura e Cidadania tambem conhecido como Jovens Cidadãos Convictos, nasceu da nescessidade de se dar continuidade ao Projeto Educom nas Ondas do Rádio da Secretaria Municipal da Educação e Projeto VAI da Secretaria Municipal da Cultura, ambos abandonados por seus Interlocutores, a Prefeitura de São Paulo, por iniciativa dos Jovens remanescentes dos Projetos, foi dada continuidade e hoje o Projeto é reconhecidamento um portal para a insersão dos Jovens residentes no Jardim Fontales e região contra a desigualdade social, promovendo a interação entre a comunidade local, ou seja um projeto criado para jovens liderado por eles mesmos. O Projeto Jovens Cidadãos Convictos, acontece todos os Sabados na Escola EMEI MARGARETH DE FÁTIMA MARQUES DE AZEVEDO, Zona Norte de São Paulo, no Bairro Jardim Fontalis e envolve a Cultura Hip Hop, com oficinas de Breaking-Street Dance, DJ, MC Ritmo e Poesia, Cidadania, Graffit e Produção Musical, fazem parte do projeto jovens a partir dos 12 anos de idade, hoje somos cerca de 120 participantes, o Coordenador Geral do Projeto é o Professor e Radialista Fernando Lopes Pereira, antenado com as carências e necessidades dos adolescentes da sua região encabeça as atividades juntamente com outros jovens Leonardo ( LP Sagaz), Luciano ( DJ K-Thor-Z), Felipe (MC Gago), Reginaldo Junior( Bboy e MC Junior), Emerson(Bboy e MC Macarrão )e Alexandro (Bboy Alex), todos unidos por um ideal, a cultura Hip Hop como portal para a Cidadania.
